Cydrugs rip-off! Charges applied to credit card, product never received, refuse to reply to emails, closed window on me in live chat support, refuse to refund charges. Internet

On 06/02/04 I Placed an order with cydrugs, the total price for the order was to have cost $407.90 including shipping. the order was processed, and approved. charges were applied to my visa for the total amount of $420.99 The transaction date was 06/05/04 and the posting date was 06/08/04. My delivery date was to have been 07/06/04. my order never arrived. I waited a week, and wrote to cydrugs via email. Cydrugs, in reply asked for specific information, so that they could resend my order. I gave all the required information.

On 07/19/04, Cydrugs, in reply, reprocessed my order, and my new delivery date was to have been 08/19/04. once again, my order never arrived. I have since tried numerous times to contact cydrugs via email, and they refuse to reply. I spoke to a representative of cydrugs on the live chat support, and when I inquired about a refund, the person said: "sorry, Goodbye", and closed the chat window on me. I have still tried to contact cydrugs via email, and they still refuse to reply.
