Ordered a piece of furniture from Cymax manufactured by Berg Industries.

After consulting Cymax's online color swatch page, we ordered a color called "Nutmeg".

When the product arrived, it was not the same color as the "Nutmeg" that was listed on their website.

We checked out a couple of other Berg retailers and noticed that the Cymax website had the "Chestnut" and "Nutmeg" colors swapped.

After alerting Cymax to this fact, and asking to have the correct color furniture sent out, they told us that we ordered "Nutmeg" and "Nutmeg" is what we will receive, and we would have to pay an additional $50 fee to have the wrong colored piece redelivered.

They also updated their website to correct the color swatch issue. We have screen captures of both pre- and post- their update, and sent it to them, but they still do not accept that it was their fault, still claiming that we ordered "Nutmeg" - which we did, but under the guise that the color represented was actually "Chestnut".

Horrible customer service and also a lack of ethics. Appalling.
