After receiving a damaged piece of furniture twice, from Cymax.com, I came to the conclusion either the manufacturing process was faulty or the shipping method was inferior. I requested a refund which they agreed to. They were willing to pick up the damaged article but I was to pack it in the origional package and have it ready for pickup with 1-3 days. I was working out of town and the original package was destroyed unpacking. This is a 100 lb piece of furniture that the box had to be cut open in order to unpack. Meeting their demands was impossible. They picked up one of the damaged pieces insisting I package the other in origional packing. I have it packed ready to be shipped and Cymax has not picked it up, refunded my money or answer my emails. Its been 2 full months dealing with this company and still no resolve.
