I have been doing business with Pipeline Data Inc which is a subsidary of Cynergy Data Inc. What they did is supply service for credit card swiping and payment for dues at my club.
On December 2 I verbally called and canceled them as my service and they sent me a request form which I filled out and emailed back to them on December 27, 2010. On December 20, 2010 I took a deposit over to my band and discovered that there was a electronic withdrawel on December 24, 2010 for $185. The name on was PCI which after tracking it down ended up being Cynergy Data Inc.
Made contact and they refused to refund the money saying it was some new type of fees. I was never notified about this increase or anything like it. So they did this without my authorization.
To me Cynergy is a bunch of thieves. They stole the money out of my account.
