Cynergy Data, LLC Scammers,Deceitful,Ripoff Artists, Long Island City , New York

We attemptted to use this company.Salesman said NO up frony costs would incur? Once we gave them our banking info. They immediately charged our bank account for $112.00. And caused an over draft.We emailed & Faxed them a cancelation notice since the salesman refused to answer our emails. They continued to charge our account.Reported them to the New York BBB. They agreed to refund the money and close the account. However they kept charging our account casuing more over drafts.On april 18th,2012 they stated to the BBB that they had issued us a check.It is now May 9th,2012 and still no check.These People are scammers And ripoff artist.We have reported them the the Attorney Generals Office (Consumer Protection Office).If this is what they are doing to you please report them to your Attorney Generals Office.So they can investigate them.Don't let them get away with this. it's Theft and they need STOPPED!!!!
