Cons call home  telephone service for inmates.  I called and requested a telephone number. Credit card purchase.  Was told the line would be available within 10 days.  Wrote inmate and gave the telephone number to inmate. Telephone number never worked. Called Cons Call Home was told problem would be taking care of with in two day.  After two day telephone still not working.  I canceled the service  requested refund from credit card. Here it is April,2013 Cons Call Home requesting $54.00, because I canceled because telephone service never worked.  Credit collection person are call me at work. This line was request as a gift for con for xmas.  Cons call Home told me they understand, I never was able to obtain a line; but I canceled one day short of there policy.
