It seems the person who wrote this rebuttal is very angry.

How much anger do we need in this country or in our schools?

The man who wrote his complaint was very comprehensive and correct.

Im not sure the rebuttal person can see pass the anger.

When a child feels threatend and the parent is humiliated in front of their child, it is time to rexamine what constitutes a resonable response to this situation.

The report was fine, the rebuttal was proven to be a sore subject report of someone who should be above reproach and clearly is not.

This person should not be around children and he should be investigated.

When we stay idle and let people trample on our rights we serve no purpose and are failures as humans.

You never forget who was a horrible teacher or a poor example for a human being, it stays stuck in your brain.

I would never what stories of me to be remembered for being a sub par human being.

 So even after the spate of school shootings and violence people like you continue to show that YOU need to be back in school. Your DRIVERS LISENCE is not owned by you. You seem to like to quote which laws this or that is being violated.  You refuse to allow them to scan your lisence. They are county workers. As such they can request your information in this case because its for the safety of the students. You decided to show your a*s.

Get over yourself princess. They are doing their job as instructed by their bosses. You needed to show your ID and they needed to scan it. You took a situation that is designed to help protect the students at that school and made it into a nightmare because your a stupid self entitled jackass. CONGRATZ!!!!

YOU escallated this situation because of YOUR ignorance. YOU have shown your child that its ok to not only make a scene but to defy authority. There are times to stand on principle, this was NOT one of them. You basically told that school and that whole district, mainly because they would have filed a report on your behavour, that you DO NOT have the safety of the children as first and foremost. That you will cause a scene. And that you refuse to comply with the safety features setup by the school board. If your lucky, they will let your child attend, but YOU can certainly never go back to that school without apologizing. And even that probably wont help.

YOU PLACED YOUR ISSUES ABOVE THE SECURITY OF THE CHILDREN WHO ATTEND THAT SCHOOL!

Real big man there and such an EXCELLENT example for your child. You should be ashamed.

And since you seem to show your ignorance. Your 4th amendment rights is against "Illegal search and seizure". As your drivers lisence is a state document. Any person of authority can request it and you CAN NOT deny that request. The school asking you for your drivers lisence becomes in this situation a person of authority. The moment you stepped into the school you fall under the school district authority and as such they can DEMAND you provide proof of who you are. With the exception of your drivers lisence number, every bit of the information on there is PUBLIC RECORD and also required for enrolling your child in school. So not only did you show your a*s, but you did it under the MISTAKEN impression that you had a choice in the matter. They were well within their rights to demand and verify your identity.

Lets also address your comment that you felt your freedom of speach was infringed upon shall we. You were spouting your nonsense and your VIEW of the Law to someone who had to spend the time and effort to LEARN the laws in reguards to their students and district. You may have the right to freedom of speach. This just means you have the right to say what you will. This doesnt mean however that you could say shout fire in a crowded movie theater. This right was given to us so that we could express our POLITICAL views without reprisals from a government agency. Not a right to be used to run your mouth because YOU are ignorant of the Law. Try using that "Freedom of speach" bullshit against a cop and see how far that gets you. They will tell you to shut up and if you do not, they will charge you with failure to follow LAWFUL directions.

You call yourself a patriotic tax paying american but the moment you become inconvenced you show that you are no more patriotic then a turd on the sidewalk. Those people that you claim to pay the salary on are doing the job that the school district has told them to do. You took your issues out on people who are tasked with the safety and security of the children, when they were doing EXACTLY as they were supposed to. Directed by a school board, enforced by the will of the people in the county. And those people say you need to show your ID. I applaude the assistant principle in this issue. If he gave you a earfull on why you needed to follow the school district security protocals then he is a hero. Sometimes its the parents who need to "learn". We need MORE ppl like him, he wasnt afraid of confrontation, and he wasnt afraid to tackle self entitled stupidity head on. He told the truth and told you like it was, you just didnt like it.
