Last June 2007, paid out a substantial amount of funds from our UK bank account to Cyprus Moments bank account for the manufacture of chair covers. Needless to say since parting with these funds, nothing has been received, other than lies and excuse after excuse. Anything from Andrea has been ill/on deaths door, goods have been made but are in Shanghai, goods are with DHL and awaiting a consignment number, will pay us upon a payout from doctors. Paul Smith is a smooth talker - do not be fooled ! They are just after your money!
In October we applied for a County Court Judgement to be taken out, to date still nothing as Paul resides in Cyprus, even though the company is registered in the UK. The former address; 7 Milner Close, Sawston, Cambridge is owned by his parents, this is the address shown on our invoice and correspondence. Of course this has now been changed to a PO Box number. I have contacted a Cypriat Newspaper, along with Hotels who use wedding co ordinators and also a balloon forum in the uk to warn them not to use or have anything to do with Cyprus Moments - they are bad news - beware !
I suggest anyone else who too has been rippied off by them, reports them to Watchdog, we have already done this. They are still trading and they still have a website and contacts via ((( link redacted))) who I have also contacted. It would seem this couple are living off of everyone elses hard earned cash, and it has to stop!

As we are unable to quote email or web addresses, can anyone contact me via a simple search on Google. Just search for creative balloon company, Hornchurch RM11 2NQ, all our details will come up on the home page. Suggest anyone reports this company to watchdog, still in the hands of the county courts with a warrant being issued, the police fraud section are investigating them as they are obtaining money by deception.
