Dee or Doris Czerny rip me and my husband off. she claim she own thisa house we were living in at 7116 Payte Ln North Richland Hills,Tx 76182 she charges us 877.00 and depsoit, the house was not up too par, she never fixed anythign we ask her to fix. Channel 8 news Bryon Harris came to my house to tell me about this lady how she frauded 10 people out of there home. We were paying her rent and find out she didn't own the house or the mortage wasn't ven in her name.

We paid, july, aug, sept, oct rent. send her a certified letter and a letter to fix the palce, the water tank was busted, the wiring needed fix the sliding glass door was busted no carpet in the bedroom, the dishwasher was busted, the sinks leaked, the doors didn't work or the cabients had no handles, the lights in the house didnt work, the air conditon didnt work it idnt pass inspection in the city of north Richland Hills, We pad her 877.00 a month and deposit and she never paid the mortage i like our money back since she never owned the house she fraud us .
