Ordered a DVD/VCR combo on Feb 23, 2011. Did not show up so I e-mailed requesting shipment date. They advised it would be delivered within three days. When it did not show up I requested a credit to credit card. They rapidly e-mailed back stating that this had been done. Two months later, no refund. Their web site, e-mail and telephone have disappeared. Be willing to bet they are now operating a similar scam under a new name and location.

Ironically, I did check for complaints, including Ripoff Report, before ordering and there was no record of any filed against them. There are a number now and the Better Business Bureau has them with a grade of "F".
