I ordered a shower head on this website on 3-10-11. On 3/17 I email them asking when it was going to be shipped. I got a email back stating they were unable to fufil my order due to technical difficulties. Then the fund begain..

I requested a refund. They said no problem. 3 days later I asked why I have not gotten a refund and they said they needed 3 more days. On the 4th day I emailed again and they never responded. I have emailed them 2 times a day for the past week and half but I still have no money.

I finally turned this over to my credit card company to fight since they took their phone number off the website and refuse to answer my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!
