My experience with D&G is the same as the 3 other ripoffreport.com listings for them. Glen is a rude unprofessional unpleasant man. He overcharged me. He is untrustworthy and completely unpleasant to deal with. Hope you read this before you have to get involved with him!

My name is Glenn, I am the Owner of D & G plumbing, LLC, this is in reference to the anonymous letter about me being unpleasant, unprofessional and unsympathetic.
Why is it that you remain anonymous? Could it be that this is false allegations on your part? If you have nothing to hide, why not be truthful about it and come forward. Trying to ruin the reputation of one's career is apparently your positive side. We work hard and effectively with all of our customers, if their is a problem, it is always taken care of. Their is a word called communication, and it seems like its something you lack of your part.
As far as overcharging North Carolina, when a customer calls us to do a service call, a price is always quoted over the phone, unless its an estimate (which we do for free, by the way!) you have the right to make your own decision whether to use us or not. Your decision to use us apparently meant you liked the PRICE!!!
Please come forward, we would greatly appreciate the Honesty.
