D & G Plumbing Tried over charge, broke the fixable item, will not repair.... Wilmington North Carolina

D & G Plumbing's is operated by the rudest, crudest people i've ever had to deal with in a customer service situations. Swear words were used and they hung up on me.

I had a hot water issue. I was not recieving hot water in my main house. My home warrenty company contracted the plumbers out.

The tech indicated the need for a new t-state. One bottom one was replaced wrong. In turn it shorted out the element below it. Because it was shorted out the water in the tank was continuesly heating, it got too hot. The over flow valve started to release water because the temp got too extereme. I had brand new hard wood floors ready to be installed in my home laying in the garage that are now ruined because of there unprofessional and lack of knowledge as to what they are doing.

I called them on this issue. I got sweared at by a women. Who said they hold no blame. I spoke with facts and not angry at all until she started at me.

I contacted three plumber before i called her, that all came to the same conclusion, that the t-stat was installed wrong which caused all the other events to happen. I still, 5 days later still have no hot water.

Their lack of customer service has lead me to this point. I am so frustrated with the way we were treated and how nothing has been taken care of by them. I had property damaged and still no hot water, which is what they came to my house to do.
