D & G Plumbing is the Worst. They are the rudest and nastiest group of people you will have to deal with. They beg for the job, never show for scheduled appointments never call to cancel appts.

a month and a half later my SIMPLE job is still not finished. the mess is still there but no plumber, no call, no service, it has been two weeks since the last scheduled appointment which they did not show for.

I have had another plumber in to get an estimate on finishing the job. to repair their mess and finish the job was HALF the price of D & G Plumbing. D & G OVERCHARGE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

I could go on but you get the idea,

There are two sides to every story. Was this a bid job? If so we should not have collected any money until job was complete. Was there any other work going on at the same time? If this job took this long to complete then this customer was with out the use of some type of plumbing for this length of time. What type of work did D & G do? I know from working there that we try to always give an upfront price that the customer has the right to accept or refuse. If this customer thought this was to high why didn't she get a second price before the work started? We always try to keep in constant contact with our customers but sometimes emergencies happen. If we were more familiar with the particular job we may be able to answer exactly what had happened as it stands we have only read bits and pieces that were posted and can only reply accordingly. As most people know if you know someones price and the customer is already not happy of course you will give them a lower price and tell the customer exactly what they want to hear in order to keep them as your customer.

Attention: To the unsatisfied customers who listed a complaint with Ripoff Report.

This is the first that our company has seen or heard of any such complaints. As far as pricing, if your so concerned about how much a service call is , then you should at least ask, and we will be glad to quote you a price. As far as our pricing , we are very competitive to everyone else out their. Our prices have remained the same for 2 years. We always give an open window as to when we will arrive. If any emergency arises within, we always call the customer and never leave them waiting. If you even had a complaint, we never heard from you because we would of responded immediately. We would never beg for a job, where you came up with that is beyond us. Our highly qualified technicians always clean up if any mess arises. This report is to let everyone know that we have been in business for over 17 years and we come with high recommendations. We never let a job go unfinished. Our priority is our customers. You also commented to us being
northerners, We at this Corporation have to ask the question, Do you hold a grudge against people from the north? If so please enlighten us. We are all Americans.

d and g plumbing is one of the best companies i have ever hired to do work for me. The woman in the office is nice and polite. She actually cares about her customers. Thats a first for any company. The man who came to my home, called before he was going to come so if i had to go out and run some erring's i could. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE!!
