D-Link - Futureshop mail-in rebate ripoff Mesa Arizona

I purchased a wireless D-link router at futureshop as it was a good deal with the mail-in rebate. I filled out all the forms, sent in all the original receipts, etc... I read the instructions in extreme detail and followed them to the tee. Needless to say, I received no rebate.

I called the rebate centre and they told me they have no record of my rebate submission. They suggested I resubmit to the "resubmission address"... as though they lose so many rebates that another address is required. Unfortunately, I did not copy the forms I submitted so it looks like I'm out of luck.

I plan to take my receipt to Futureshop and let them know how I feel about them promoting this "rip-off marketing". I do not expect to make any ground... These corporations are simply too large to pay any attention to individual consumers.
