I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter on 4-6-08 and it never came. After 2 weeks I started calling and e-mailing. No one answered the phone and no response to e-mails. I finally e-mailed and cancelled my order and said they no longer had my permission to charge my credit card. Then they did credit my card 3 weeks after I placed the order. It has now been 6 weeks. No response and no item shipped. I am now out $ 35.96 and a sad daughter who didn't get her gift she had picked out.
