Hello , My name is Aaron .
I play the game Diablo 2 by Blizzard North online. 2 weeks ago I found a Website that allows you to buy/sell Items from the online game thru their Forum Currency system called Forum Gold. You use Forum gold to Buy/sell items from the online by trading with other members who have items/forum gold to trade.
There is the option however to purchase forum gold however thru the sites administrator and him alone . His name is Paul Taulborg and Goes by the handle Njaguar on the Website. He is the only person able to sell the Forum Gold for Money / Profit.
I attempted to purchase gold from His website using paypal. When the Transaction was complete I emailed Paul Taulborg (njaguar) with the transaction ID from paypal so he knew I had paid. He sent me a message stating he would get to it. I waited a few hours and sent several messages because it was showing he was online. When I received no response back I let him know I would be asking paypal for my money back if I hadn't heard from him in 1 hr. He signed off right away after I sent the email so I assume he got it.
When I Reported to paypal what Had happened the Site d2jsp.org deemed me a scammer and placed a tag under my name so that the entire community of jspers would think or know that I cannot be trusted and am a scam artist. This is wrong of them to do as I did nothing wrong nor did I scam anyone.
When I posted topics asking why I was labeled a scammer I was banned permantley ask was sent an email stating legal action would be taken against me for liable and for harrassment.
To this Day I still have not recieved my money back, nor forum gold i purchased, nor any court documents . I advise all people viewing this to stay as far away from d2jsp as possible .
I have tried many times to resolve this situation with mr . taulborg even apologizing to him for whatever caused him to do this with no luck . he wants my money and is determined to keep it.

Also , He states he "suing me for damages against him" , which i don't understand because he owes me 12 dollars and I wouldn't be writing all this if he would've given me my 12 dollars back
