Called manufacturer and asked for installation instructions for one of their garage doors. The receptionist did not identify the company in her greetings. Asked the same receptionist for installation instructions for one of their garage doors. She said she would fax them to me and never did.
Called back a few hours later to inquire for the installation instructions & spoke with the owner of the company, Mr. Burger.
Mr.Burger decidedly would only release the instructions with proof of purchase. I indicated to Mr. Burger that the instructions should have been included in the original packaging which they weren't. Mr. Burger's
If Mr. Burger cannot release the appropriate instructions for his products he(they), certainly should not be in business.
Often times owners hire sub-contractors to install these type of products. There is absolutly no reason Mr. Burger cannot release the installation instructions for this product.
