DabDeal.com Company took my money, never shipped a product Atlanta Georgia

I ordered a product on their website on October 2nd, a projector for halloween.  Their website said it would ship in 10-14 days.

Fast forward to October 27th, no product has arrived, no shipping information provided.  I contact them to find out what is the status, and asked for a refund.  They responded, but gave answers of 'oh we are checking into this', 'we've asked our management to look into this' until November 2nd, I conacted Visa card services and filed a dispute.  Within a few days, they had credited me what I paid, after they did an investigation on their side.

Today, I got a notice that my product was shipping...  they even provided a tracking number (which shows as invalid).  If the product is actually delivered, I'm going to have it shipped back at their cost, because at this point I don't want anything to do with this company.  Seriously, it took them almost 3 months to ship a product, and this wasn't a specialty order.  They could have communicated with me, let me know there was an issue, it was out of stock, etc, but none of that was attempted.

AVOID this place at all costs, they are not a legitimate company.
