Dads are awesome Took money from my bank card without authorizatiion Internet

I don't know how or exactly how many time yet but my bank card has been charged twice in the past 4 days for 19.95. I was alerted on July 4th from visa purchase alerts for a 19.95 charge to my card. I found the company online and sent them an email saying that I had not authorized any purchase from them and want information as to what this purchase was for and how to get my money back. I received a form written email from this company say they would review my request. When I didn't hear from them I called my bank for advise. Was advised to give them (the company) a couple of days to respond since they did send me the form email saying they were reviewing it. I tried again over the next couple of days to email them and call them without a response. Then, this morning, July 7th, my card was charged again. I feel they did that because last night I had informed them if they did not respond to me I would be filing a fraudulent activity report with my bank. Hence the charge this morning. After this I shut down my visa card completely so as not to lose anymore money from this fraudulent company. Besides the two charges this week I'm worried now that maybe there are more I just haven't found yet. This is crap. A bunch of crap. I suggest nobody purchase from this company. Either this company is doing this on purpose to make money or someone has hacked them and is using their site for fraud. I do not know.
