I bought a shirt as Dahles Big and Tall store on West Flamingo in Las Vegas and paid fifty dollars for it. The first time I washed it,following the instructions on the label, the seams fell apart and shreded.
I took the shirt back one week later and the guy said sit down and wait, he takes the shirt in the back room and comes back fifteen minutes later with the thing all sewed up. It looked like heck. I said if I wanted a sewed up shirt I would have gone to the thrift store and paid a dollar instead of fifty for a new one. Just a warning to my large brothers, spend your big and tall dollars elsewhere cause you wil end up with big and tall rags at Dahles in Las Vegas. The Manager Fred is a jerk and said that was the policy of the store to repair the junk they sell.

To Whom it may concern:
We always try to follow the highest standerds in customer service policies and procedures. We sell high end top quality merchandise and if for any reason a garment should fall apart within the first washing we will be glad to exchange it or give the customer back a full refund as long as the garment is accompanied with the original sales receipt.
To all the Big and Tall men in Las Vegas and the United States we invite you yo shop with us. Fred is no longer working at the store in question. This alleged complaint was filed in July of 2000 here it is july of 2006 six years later and we are doing great business. So that should say something about our reputation to provide quality customer service.
