I called this company after what I thought was an impressive web page, asked my motorcycle dealership about any information. I called the company and was assured that they will pick up the bike with-in 7-10 business days. Asked all the right questions (how, where, central location, time frame) Dec 28 order placed and paid, Dec 30 order process by their statement, Jan 6 came and went bike never picked up. I was told that my paid assigned spot on truck was gone due to the truck full?? Do they not know how many bikes fit? why did i give measurements?

I was then told between Jan 11-13, which came and went. This time I was told the truck was running late? Sure not UPS or Fedex here. I demanded to know when my bike would be picked up. Assured without believe that the 15-17 bike would be on it's way.

Jan 15 company called and told me that the driver was out of D.O.T regulated hours of driving. HERE ME NOW I am a D.O.T driver and know how the alloted hours work. So to be told that they use a Electronic Log Hour System for their drivers was just unbelievable. It was then I cancelled. I'm still waiting for my FULL refund plus demanding that I don't pay the $100 cx fee.

I heard from my car salesman that he used x-company(contact me if you live on the east coast) and by luck the truck was 1hr away from my bike, he drove North to pick it up that day and it's on the way South to Florida. So it took one hr for this new company vs 15days to the 888Haulbikes
