 On 6/29 I ordered a beanie from Daily Doses and I thought ok it shouldn't take too long. Boy was I wrong! Two week pass. Nothing. Three weeks pass. Nothing. I've contacted them via social media to no avail. This most recent time I contacted them it was a few days before that 30 day rule thing came into play and that was a week ago. I just contacted them again and I'm just hoping for the best.

Item was sent out 3 weeks after placed. Customer was notified that we were backordered on the Beanie due to high demand because of the winter season. We offered her an option to exchange for another hat or credit. She demanded we send her the original item immediately despite us explaining we are back ordered on the leather. Once she received her item, she was irate that we did not include an extra beanie...
