BE WEARY OF YOUR PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS. These guys have gave me the worst online purchase experience I have ever dealt with.

My order has been delayed for almost 2 months and still counting(Purchased on October 9, 2017. Current Date, November 22, 2017.)

They do not have customer service.I have emailed them several times to no avail. I had to make a twitter account to even get a hold of

someone through their twitter.

That process has dragged on days and weeks until they finally gave me a tracking number which was also stalled because it was only a 'pre-

shipment' tracking number notifying the USPS that it will be sent out. This process alone took 2 weeks. Until I finally told them I have disputed

the claim to my bank, they finally shipped my item and still I am waiting for it. 

 

TLDR:
All in all, the imgur screenshots should prove what kind of 'company' they are and how they treat their customers. They have lost a customer indefinitely and I advise anyone looking to purchase from them be weary of what kind of outcome might hold in store for you after purchase.

Ordered during Black Friday like $200 worth of hats and ive been constantly emailing them with no replies. How did you end up getting your money back?
