Bought a hat and other item from Ryan Alberts / Daily Doses.

Followed up to see when it would ship. No response.

Wasn't a lot of money so I decided to forget about it.

Decided to follow up a couple years later. Not really about the money but just wanted to know what happens.

No email response.

But responded on Instagram.

All the responses were very unprofessional and twisted.

Perhaps there is a time limit to refunds but I was never told or properly communicated. 

Just hope they can be more professional and fulfill orders.
