I have on several occasions used DailySteals.com because of their great prices. However, there is a continuous and ongoing problem with this company fulfilling its obligation to ship the items purchased in a timely manner.  They state they can take up to 6 business days to ship. However, each time i have purchsed (3) times, the shipping has taken much longer and the last item I purchased, a scale (item 1496070) paid for on 8/22 early morning and it took them 14 days to ship.  On 8/31 asked them to cancel the item and it took customer service 4 days to respond. They (cust. svc. person named "Jason" admitted in email that they took far longer to ship then promised but couldn't cancel the order and couldn't give me a refund.  I next hear from cust svc. person "Jessica" who insists the item was shipped timely, and there was nothing they can do.
They have no customer service telephone number.  Quite frankly, if you want your item a month or so after you purdhase it, they are fine.  If you want your item in a timely manner, this company is horrible. and misrepresents their shipping and handling policies, do not follow their shipping and handling policies and the FTC needs to be notified that this company repeatedly engages in a pattern and practice of unfair and deceptive trade practices by misrepresenting their handling and shipping policies!

BUYERS BEWARE! THERE IS VIRTUALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR REPRESENTATIONS!  TWO THUMPS WAYYY DOWN!
