I have purchased a brand new 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo which cost around $34,000.00, and I have had nothing but problems with my vehicle. I sent Chrysler a certified letter and have taken my vehicle to the dealer I purchased it from several times,and they cannot seem to fix the problem.

I had to fight with them for 2 weeks to get something else to drive while they had my vehicle the last time. The problem I am having is intermettant, so they have said there is nothing they can do.I have asked to have this vehicle replaced,or they buy it back and I will go some where else. I am furious!! This has been going on for 3 months!

My Jeep keeps wanting to cut off, and the brakes are messed up. Every time I contact the General Manager of Hoover, he never returns my phone calls. He has actually not returned one phone call. I have had to make all point of contact.

I am not scheduled to have another part put on my vehicle for the 4th attempt. I am still patying for this vehicle too,and no offer has been made to satisfy me regarding this lemon.

ASAP get all of your paperwork together and "nip it in the bud". I'm in the process of doing that right now with Daimler Chrysler. if you dont do it as soon as the problems happen they will wait you out on that 2 years/36000 mile warranty and then do nothing.

Since you are still under warranty and have taken it in. you might be covered by a lemon law. Check what lemon law covers you for your state. and keep everything that you give them and everything that they give you.
