Daimler truck finanical Daimler truck financial is the worst financing company Roanoke Nationwide

 I bought a 2009 frieghtliner from Campbell's frieghtliner of New Jersey in June of 2014 and the truck has been in and out of the repair shop from day one. I had to have the truck towed twice. Within six months of buying the truck I spent over 15k in repairs. The truck was sold to me for 68k with a finance charge of about 20k and it not worth 30k. The payment every month is 1660. I was sold a crap piece of equipment for a lot money and no body wants to talk responsibility. I reached out to Campbell frieghtliner who did help with about 3000 dollars towards my repairs; they told me that I should reach out to the finance company which I did because I was behind on the payment and late fees were also building up.

When I asked daimler truck financial for some assistance with the truck I got no help. They did not even remove one late fee. They quickly told me they can't help because the truck is not a year old and the finance structure does not allow any assistance. They also informed me if I don't make the payments they will report to my credit report. Since then I have borrowed alot of money just try and keep up with this truck and save my credit from being ruined. This finance company is holding me hostage by my credit report. I am behind on he truck payments and the truck is in the shop again and I have no more money and I have exhaust my borrowing power already. I really need some help this truck is a disaster.
