**RIP OFF REPORT** Well I've been officially taken to the cleaners! Brought my jacket in to have the zipper replaced. I asked for a black metal tooth zipper. I was told I would get a phone call with the price. They called the next day with a price of $45, which I thought was kind of steep being that I only paid $65 for the jacket. I went to pick up the jacket today and she Rings up $55 I said to her the tag clearly says here it's $45. she said somebody should have called you. I said you thats somebody did, it was you, and you told me $45! she said "no I didn't I told you I was $55."

So I didn't bother arguing with her because I had recorded proof. So I asked her "what is the extra $10 for?" she says "I don't know, the seamstress charges what she wants, when she feels like it, take it up with her." So I said "well I guess I'm never coming back here again." I then took out my phone and play the recording in front two other customers who were hearing this whole interaction. she says, "you know, you really can't do that, that's illegal" I said, "listen don't talk to me about legality, I know the law very well, and fyi, New York state is a one-party consent State, so Google it; and furthermore, if you were upright you wouldn't worry about being recorded now would you?" and I walked out!

Thank goodness for the automatic call recorder app that I installed on my phone. It wasnt a black zipper but a gold one. she claims it is black, the area that you sew to the coat what you normally would match anyway but I wanted to teeth to be black so it doesn't stand out from the jacket. and the price on the tag doesnt match the receipt of what I paid. so with the zipper costing $10 less than what I paid for the jacket, a $65 jacket just cost me $120. ripoffs! NEVER patronize this place!
