Order a product from this company online and made the payment with my credit card on 08/25/06. Three weeks passes and I was still waiting for my goods. Check with UPS and UPS claimed they have lost the parcel. So I called Dak Labs on the phone provided on the website (1866-475-4424).
Turned out it was third party customer service center. They only handle getting orders. Any other matters they advised you to write e-mail to Dak Labs. Dak LAbs does not provide e-mail but online form. I sent 4 e-mails to them on 4 different dates for the past 3 weeks asking them to send the replacement. No reply. Called the customer service again and they said they will pass the message but will not reveal any information or phone numbers for Dak Labs. My credit card was charged on the day I placed the order online.
UPS completed the claim investigation 2 days ago and credit back to the merchant. Now Dak Labs got my credit card payment plus the compensation from UPS. Still they just kept quiet and never return any calls or e-mails.
Please forward this e-mail to everyone so nobody will be trapped by this unscrupulous e-merchant.
