Dale Jensen (former Arizona Diamondbacks associate) has partnered and is selling fraudulent Securities with Vincent Marold for the DSH IP LLC in Nevada.  Vince Marold has a very long history of creating Intellectual Property companies, taking millions of dollars and then bankrupting them to move assets to other companies.  Just google search him.  He committed this fraud (and found guilty in 5 states and federal jurisdictions) in H2X Inc, H2X LLC, Synergy, Kaboom Beverages, Dental Sticks Holdings, Dental Sticks Incorporated, Canna Terp IP factory, and many others. Just google the crook!

I thought Dale was a nice guy who was selling these 100K bridge loans to me for security interest.   I felt bad for him because it was obvious he didn't know what he was talking about but said he had a "expert manager I would meet later" that made sure the paperwork was all complete.  Its a scam run by 2 desperate individuals that have no morals and the only way they make money is to defraud others.  DSH initials in the Nevada Corporation are the same as the Bankrupt and defaulted DSH companies in Arizona, Maine, and New York. 

He didn't even want to tell me the company name and I figured out why.  A few minutes of research showed DSH IP LLC registered in Nevada is managed by Vincent Marold.  The criminal and court records (theft, securities fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, fraudulent transfer of assets) speak for themselves and all proof is on the internet for anyone to see.  This is criminal activity Dale Jensen and partner Vincent Marold are conspiring with.  Beware and run from these criminals!
