Dale's APU Sales Refurbished APUs Taylor made APU Sold me a refurbished APU that started having problems the very same day it was installed. Springfield Missouri

I paid $5,000 for a refurbished APU he got my old one I did not get any money for it in return but I did get a piece of junk that broke the same day it was installed. The main supporting bolt that holds the generator on to the rest of the motor keeps breaking it is because the motor pulley is bent I would have to replace and rebuild the whole motor it would be cheaper for me to buy a new unit but I don't feel that I should have to pay for a new unit when it was sold to me in this condition. I have drove thousands of miles coming back to his shop to have it worked on. I have paid for hotel nights and missed work because of this malfunctioning piece of equipment. I have since met several other truck drivers who have bought an APU at Dale's Apu sales or Taylor Made APU that they have stopped working or have problems with it and Dale will not return the money or repair the unit. A driver took out a loan to buy it and it does not work and he still has to pay the loan back. Dale has been aware of these problems and has made no attempt to make good on his products. It may be mechanical and can break down but it should not have to be totally rebuilt 24 hours after I buy it. I want my money returned in full and he can have the Apu back he got my core from my old one so he will actually be able to make money off them if he fixes them right. Bottom line is I bought a refurbished APU that had to be worked on within less than 24 hours after I bought it and continue to have the same problem throughout the whole time I've owned it. It is not and was not refurbished correctly. The positive side is I Have Become very good at working on Carrier APU's. I hope that Dale is putting out better products or he will continue to get negative reviews and ripoff reports.
