Dales Contractors Non Payment, Breach of contract, neglegance, unprofessional Catoosa, Oklahoma

They do not pay the people that they hire to do the work for them. They owe thousands upon thousands to independant contractors that they bring in to do work on all kinds of jobs. If you buy a house that was done by this company, don't be surprised if you get a lean on your house immediately from the independant contractor under contract with Dales. I am currently in that situation as an independant contractor, I did a rather large job fixing up a 3,000 sq. foot home that was closed on a week ago, 60 days after my work passed inspection. My contract said I would receive full payment in no more than 45 days and they now hang up the phone when I call to ask for any information regarding my pay, so I was forced to place a lean on a home where some new home owners are currently enjoying a very nice house. Bad business from horrible people. Stay far far away from anything with their name on it!
