Damara Denise Jones is a con artist. she will rent the property from you. she will damage your house inorder to have the city inspector come in and give you citations. Once you recieve these she will not pay and live in the house with out the landlord being able to enter. When you take her to court she will sit there and lie to the judge about repairs and thats the reason why she is not paying the rent and will get discounted. Once you try to get in there to do the corrections she will not let the maintaince guys in there and will continue to lock people out. Also her crazy a*s mother would also be living in the house when she is not suppose to and other people. Everytime i would stop by try to get inside it would smell completly like marijuana. She was completly a nightmare to get out of the house i do not wish this tenant upon anyone that owns property. This is why im taking my time to type this up. Funny thing is another victim called me right after and told me she gave him a fake check and now what he should do i told him file for immediate eviction asap.   PLEASE BEWARE SPREAD THE WORD OF THIS SCAM ARTIST.
