Products LLC Damien Renzello, My Buddy Inc., The Bambini Revolution, Porta Rinx, Ice Mower, My Work Buddy, Damian Renzelo, Porta Rink, PortaRinks, Business Card Exchange, Vermont Roof Wash Fraudulent Company - Damian Renzello threatened my husband and I STOLE our Money East Montpelier , Vermont

Damian Renzello an ex-felon and long time known scam artist, STOLE from our family!  We tried to get service and found we have been had like so many others.  Renzello who seemed so nice in the beginning actually threatened my husband when he tried to get our money back and return the porta rinx kit we bought from Renzello.  This Renzello guy has reports all over the Internet and in State and Federal Courts about how he SCAMS people.

This is what happened, we searched for an ice rinx kit for our kids for our backyard, we contacted Renzello, he seemed genuine and nice on the phone, we sent him our money and we got an ice rink kit which we could have bought for Thousands LESS than the extortion prices and broken promises we received with Renzello.   We also got an Ice Mower (which For your Information is nothing more than a lawn mower and a cheap 50 dollar lawn more with a blade on it) ... that was a rip off and then the bambini Renzello claimed to have a relationship with the Zamboni company hence the name bambini.  Come to find out there is NO relationship between Renzello and the Zamboni company just like the term Porta Rinx is used to describe dozens of backyard ice rink kits as a generic name the name Bambini actually means "baby" in Italian and was obviously purposefully chosen by Renzello to have a relation to the word Zamboni also Italian which is the name of the machines creator. 

Renzello has long tried to use confusing generic terms as names in products as a means to perpetuate his scams.  Dating back to the early 1990's Renzello attempted to trade on the name of the State of Vermont and was forced to ADMIT CONSUMER FRAUD, when a lawsuit was filed by the Vermont Attorney General's Office!  You would think a scammer who has been sued by the Attorney General and was forced to admit CONSUMER FRAUD, and has had his fraudulent business operations stopped time and time again would use non-descriptive nor generic words to describe products, but it is obvious Renzello needs to use generic terms and descriptive words to run his successful SCAM and Fraud businesses.

This guy has claimed to be in business for more than 10 years but never turned a profit ... yeah RIGHT?   Where is the IRS ... the IRS needs to throw this tax dodger in PRISON! 

Judge Murtha held a hearing in March of 2006, to determine the extent of Renzellos
alleged fraud. Relying on tax documents and bank statements (from the non-existent
bank accounts of Renzello) Murtha issued an opinion in July of 2006. Citing the tax
returns submitted by Renzello indicating his company selling portable rinks (porta
rinks for short) is not profitable. Renzellos website www.portarinxandbambini.com
makes claims he has been in business for 10 years.

In the tax returns submitted by Renzello, he claims to have driven exactly 50,000
miles each year for two consecutive years, writing this mileage off as business
expense while simultaneously declaring under penalty of perjury he works just 5
months per year. Court documents outline that Renzello must drive more than 330
miles a day on average every day during this 5 months of work season, requiring
him to drive more than 7 hours a day everyday for 5 months at an average of 50 miles
an hour.

So we hope no one else will be scamed and ripped off the way we have been.

This Renzello nut even called threatening my husband, and basically told us we lost cause we aren't as smart as he is, well Renzello has ripped off and STOLE from dozens of people over the years, and eventually we will catch this crook.

Renzello is also wanted for questioning in child pedophile cases, as he is a believed PREDATOR in Vermont.  This guy is dangerous and sits in some trailer home with his mother, because he is on parole for some of his scams!  The man is a FELON, wanted for questioning in connection with pedophile cases according to various reports!

Even lawsuits describe weird sexual relationships with Transexuals, this scam artist is NOT the type of person you ever want to associate yourself with, he is a complete nut case.

We lost thousand and thousands of dollars and hope no one else will fall victim to this scam artist.  Add your own negative reviews to those on Google and here on Rip Off Report and throughout the web, let us all work together to force this scammer from any sort of business enterprise and work with law enforcement to put this druggie, child molester, scam artist, ex felon back behind bars!

We found damian Renzello and the babmini machine on the internet, appeared to be part of the Zamboni company, Renzello played it up like he is part of the famous Zamboni company, when in fact he is NOT, just a slimebag working out of some hole in the wall garage. He demands all the money upfront and then does not deliver! We lost thousands of dollars dealing with this scum bag! When you google his name you find dozens of articles about how Renzello has defrauded the State of Vermont, had the Attorney General file lawsuits about him and his deceit. There are dozens of State and Federal Court Cases about Renzello and his fraudulent ways of business. We only wish we had googled his name before just believing the hyped up FAKE References on his website!

I cant believe how slimey some people are BE CAREFUL there is this guy Renzelo in Vermont that claims to have invented the name Porta Rinx I only know about him because he jumped all over a post I made to a web discussion about porta rinx kits.

When I checked out this Renzello guys website portarinx.com he has this big "web warning" on his site claiming someone is "slandering" his product name and claiming he is the only porta rinx dealer on the planet and that he has been doing it for 10 years. What a joke!

I made a nice post regarding the prota rinx our family has been building since 1971 and this guy Renzelli from Montpeleir Vermont snaps back challenging my post.

We all just want to "Warn People" not to get ripped off and scammed by the Vermont USA company run by this Damien Renzelle. This guy did not "invent" porta rinx and it looks like he does nothing more than repackage the porta rinx PVC kit sold in magazines but this guy takes a 200 dollar rink and resells it for two thousand dollars!

I hadnt read the whole thing but would guess this guy who claims to have invented porta rinx has been ripping off more than just your average hockey family claiming to have invented porta rinx The article says Renzello deliberately falsified some documents to defraud the Unted States Judicary! This has got to be the same joker that is postin stuff on my posts. The article also tells that Renzelo has been in many lawsuits and even said the Vermont Attorney General took action against him for "violation of the Consumer Fraud Act" and something about him having "deceived consumers".

Don't get taken by this Renzello character nor believe his posts. Just Google him and the name porta rinx and you will find many companies sellling the same rinx for thousands of dollars less.
