The following rebuttal is made by myself Damian Langiano and is a direct response to the defamatory remarks and blatant lies posted to blacken my name. This report was posted 3 days after telling Mark Shariar the home truths he deserved after years of miss representation and lying to Terry Dillion and the Gridline board, where he took up front payments to raise cash and subsequently failed in under the terms of the contractual obligation.

Reform Technologies – Managing Director NO CASH RAISE Damian Langiano and his staff 3 female and 2 males. All English traded from two locations, both of 100KM from London and all with levels of punctuation and grammar that clearly exceed the ability of Mark Shariar. Reform did obtain a post box address in London managed by Regis.

Gridline Communication – Investor – Current outstanding note shows GC owing Damian Langiano a seven-figure sum and the he owns 4 million shares in the business. PLEASE CONTACT GC CEO for confirmation of this statement
