I am not going to waste time talking about how much of a fraud Damien "Dhalli" Halliburton is. Those who decide to hire him, associate with or do business with him will discover this on their own. Nor will I address any of the libel he posted on Ripoff Report. I will simply provide factual documentation to protect my business and the reputation of my company. I run a successful business built on honesty, integrity and excellence.  How I got tangled with this unscrupulous fraud I would only imagine it to be a hard lesson in business. I understand in life you'll meet people like Damien “Dhalli” Halliburton, however, you never suspect you'd be the victim. Damien “Dhalli” Halliburton claims to be an App Developer, Marketing Director, Digital Media Manager, Advertising Consultant, Website Developer,  and a person with a “ strong degree of ethics and spirituality” etcetera  etcetera except he's none of that and certainly not a person of ethics. Damien Halliburton has a false resume with no portfolio (except what he fabricates). All his websites are inactive. He has no professional references. He has aliases, changes his numbers monthly, and his "business" emails are inactive. You hear horror stories about business rapist like Damien“Dhalli” Halliburton, yet you never think it could happen to you. This fraud extorted more than $1500 from me and my business. The project I trusted him with was very important.  I hired Damien “Dhalli” Halliburton as an App Developer for a mobile application idea I had. This app would improve visibility for local businesses and help communities over the nation. It was  a non-profit project of which I was investing personal and invested capital to pay him. This was done with the expectation that I would receive a complete and professional product. However, the project was never completed. Nor was there any evidence that the project ever existed. Damien “Dhalli” Halliburton’s idea of professional work was creating a number of social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), building a poorly executed web page and launching a google email. For those who are familiar, you know that these are all things I could have literally done on my own! Not too mention, these were things I did not ask for. I did not hire him to create a Facebook page for my business. I hired him to build and code (from scratch) a workable and user-friendly mobile app. All the art, color scheme, content, concepts, images, name everything for the app was provided by my team. He literally did nothing but wasted my time. After I confronted him about his unprofessionalism, he ignored all my attempts to communicate with him. He missed meetings  he agreed to and ignored me completely. He was in blatant breach of the contract between us (which is why I won in court). He's a predator and a sorry excuse for a person. However, as a business professional  I am glad to have met a person like this when my business was still in its infancy. Now that it's on its way to being a billion-dollar enterprise I counted it as a lesson learned. As a success in business and in life, I turn tragedy into triumph. The actions of Damien “Dhalli” Halliburton has inspired me to go in mobile app development.

I've attached the judgment from Inglewood Courthouse that shows where I took him to court and won! The truth is in the supportive documents not spreading libel like Damien “Dhalli”  Halliburton. I am also currently taking him to court for as well.
