About 3 years ago I came in contact with Dan Fraley to build a 34 ford hot rod. The deal that was agreed to was My hot rod valued at about 25-30K plus 15K cash. After several trips out there (Peoria, Az) and seeing 0 progress I have come to realize that the scam on me of a century has just been performed.
Last December I filed a report with the AG in Phoenix and nothing ever became of it. Right now I believe that I am in at about 36-38K at a minimum. I will retrieve some of it this is for sure. At my age I am NOT going to let him walk with my car and my money. I will do what ever it takes to ruin this man and his family. His latest lie used for the delay was that his grand daughters death in a auto accident. As another victim had stated it is lie after lie and delay after delay with no results. One thing is sure that he may of met his worst victim.

After a trip that a friend of mine took to visit this man, it appeared that he had a tattoo done in memory of his grand daughter. With that being said I would like to apologize and withdraw the statement that I had made in my initial claim regarding him using his grand daughters passing as possibly another stall tactic or lie, which all of us who have been burned by this guy know he is capable of. Rip off report needs to let us victims come in contact with each other and share our information.

Bill... I too have been ripped off by this man and have no intentions on stopping until justice is served. It is astonishing how many people have issues with this scum, yet it seems no one ( authorities )will do anything to put him away.
I would like to, somehow, contact you to discuss pooling our resources and going after him. since its recommended we not post email or addresses, any idea on how we can touch base?
