The way that he sources his work is by finding contractors that will complete the work that he needs done. When the help of OneStop Pro was used to acquire materials to complete the weatherproofing of the structure, Dan used the help to justify passing off the entire responsibility of the building's waterproofing to OneStop Pro. He left the business owner without options, and as a result, OneStop Pro did step up to the plate and handle the work. Patio Enhancement Group will most likely be receiving a lawsuit for that gem, as well. Do your best to distance yourself from this business and its owner. If there are issues with his work, he will not take care of them, whether by intention or a lack of ability, and neither will he pay the people that did the work, opening businesses up for lawsuits and contractors up for major loss.
