Dan said he owned the house which when we verified the deed did show his name. We gave him a deposit and was suppose to change the deed into our name and we were buying the home. Instead never followed thru with what he said and stopped returning my phone calls or texts. He had a licensed real estate agent show the house. The orginal owners now have a forclosure on their credit and the house was sold at auction while we were living in it cause he never paid the mortgage. Now we are out $4500 and no house. Well he better get ready cause I have the FBI, Attorney General and a lawyer in on it to put a stop to him. Do Not Do business with this scam artist.
