DAN HESKETT & LOLITA SHERIOW PRODIGYINVESTOR FACING NEGATIVE CREDIT & FORECLOSURE....WAS TOLD, "ITS UNFORTUNATE" DALLAS, Texas

I am too sick to type my whole story like all of the other reports about Dan Heskett, maybe at another time. In short I have been trying to reach Dan since the middle of 2010 concerning my home he moved a family into after telling me to sign my deed over to them, while the loan stays in my name for 6mths to a year. I have sent emails and called since 1 week after hiring him to so called buy my house, but I should've done more research after never meeting him and only dealing with his at the time business partner, Lolita Sheriow. Here it is 2.5yrs later and the family is still in my home until recent...I received a letter of foreclosure from the bank for 2 late payments. I went by the home and found it trashed, abandoned and no family. What to do with a deed not even in my name and no contact with the family Dan moved in? Where is Dan? Where is the credit repair program? Supposedly the family paid him $5000 to move in with poor credit. Nothing was ever explahined but I was assured they were professionals, so I trusted them and went on with my life. Thinking the family paid all these timely payments because they were working on their credit so I did not mind the loan staying in my name until 6mths ago when I started sending the family letters stating it was time for my name to be off of the loan asap. If anyone is following through with a suit please contact me as I will be doing the same, candissevenseveneightfourfive at yahoo. Of course it is numbers where the words are. I am facing foreclosure in two weeks with now 3 late payments, and the sad part is I have worked hard on my credit. Even at one point paying thousands for a credit repair program before purchasing this same home. I cant even move back into the home because it is so trashed and I cannot afford the repairs, bring the mortgage to current, pay out of my current lease which is not up for another 6mths, hire an attorney and then be able to live on a middle class salary. I read on someone's report that Dan cannot be sued because he is not using his name on his contracts but his wife's company name minas real estate management llc.......at a lost for words.
