I have recently had some expereince with these guys. They lie about their creditials and abilities, they say they use their own workers when in fact they hire our subs. They do substandard work and then demand payment to repair their own mistakes. And threaten people with liens if they wont pay up.

Several people reported on the BBB site, that they came out for "free estimates" only to send them a bill for doing nothign and then threaten them with a lien if they didnt pay up.

Do not hire these guys, you will regret it. They have been reported to the ROC several times, but are still out there ripping people off. And the worse part is that they seem to think they are doing a good job! And are just being picked on when they are called on bad work. 

Avoid Dan Keen there are too many other great contractors out there who are not going to rip you off.
