DAN NELSON, TIDEWATER MOTOR CREDIT HOOD WINKED, BAMBOOZLED, SCAMED, DECIEVED, LIED TOO, HARRASSED, RIPOFF VIRGINIA BEACH Virginia COUNCILBLUFFS IOWA

My wife had her car stolen on 12/31/03 we needed a car we heard about Dan nelson got a bogus loan through CNAC if we paid on it for 18 mo we could get a better car same stuff in previous story. Eventually we could not get out the car Dan Nelson went down CNAC went down. CNAC sold our loan to Tidewater motor credit Who in turn called my house every day like 3 times a day recieving all the vulgur lanauge that came out my mouth. I was waiting to see what was the outcome of this lawsuite then finally We negotiated a payoff amount that was some bullsh@# but i was not about to not own this car that i been paying on. I paid the agrremnt amount with a promise that i would get a title. Then 2 months after i pay tidewater i get this bullsh@# a*s paper saying they dont have the title that i have to go to the dmv fill out some paper and pay for another title. Like its my fault that it got lost luckly for me i didnt let them put me in no bullsh@$ a*s car and my 97 olds is running good for now. The Car was at a 24.96% finance @ 300$ a month i paid on it for almost 2 years before Dan Nelson Filed Bankruptsy the payoff amount 3285.00 do the math. I lost. This was a lesson learned. NEVER TRUST THE WHITE MAN!!!
