This guy is a HUGE con-artist. He starts by luring people to a "Free" seminar telling them that he is a huge entrepreneur that has made hundreds of millions of dollars which is a lie because I've seen his crappy $80,000 rental house. Then he says he will put on a two-day workshop for $100.00, feeds people a bunch a garbage about how he can turn them into a success by having them go to another 5-day course for $6,000!!!! One way he says he can help people make a ton of money is by trading foreign currency or "FOREX" trading. He then try's to teach them which he has never actually successfully traded to begin with. Then when they fail, he says "HE" and his team can do it for them if they give them the money which is strictly illegal and he should be prosecuted for that alone. Of course he winds up losing their money and now these people have lost a ton of savings by trusting this man. I don't know what else he is doing but with this being said, i urge you not to waste your money on the false advise that this slob gives. Take your money and run, you will be better off.

Dan Vega has NEVER been a speaker for Get Motivated

AUTHOR: Get Motivated Seminars - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 06, 2011

I am the Vice President of Business Development for Get Motivated Seminars. It has come to our attention that Mr. Vega has claimed that he has spoken on our platform, and even written the business plan for our organization. All of the claims are complete and utter fabrications. In fact, Mr. Vega was ejected from our 2009 Springfield, Missouri event by security.

I will leave it to your readers to judge whether these people who report that Dan Vega was associated with our company are his shills or not.

I was mistaken

AUTHOR: LC - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, December 03, 2010

I wrote a report after attending one of Dan Vegas free seminars.  I had responded to an ad on CL for a public speaking position with his organization.  The ad specifically said that training was provided.  It was a long day but I did get lots of good information.

At the end of the long day, Mr. Vega proposed a third option to all of us remaining in the room.  That option was to buy into his franchise of one of his schools.  His plan was to finance all upfront costs with a 60/40 split (he would get 40% of whatever the school netted and you would get 60%).  No upfront costs with the exception that you would have to pay for a 4 day workshop, which normally costs around $6,000.

I was either unaware of this fact or I was so darned tired from sitting all day, I joined the group hovering over Mr. Lee P to sign up for an interview.  I thought my interview was for all three positions.  I was mistaken.

I posted on this site because I was under the impression that if I wanted any of the positions, I would have to pay for the 4 day workshop, which is why I was so upset.  This was not the case.  Lee called me and wanted to discuss what I had posted.

He explained to me that speakers would need to submit a recording of themselves to be considered for the speakers position.  If you wanted to have a school franchise, THEN you had to pay for the 4 day workshop at a discounted rate of $3,000.  Opps, I didn't hear that part!  I was under the impression that when I attended the free seminar, I would be interviewed for the speaking position, hence one of the reasons I signed up for the following day was for an interview for the speakers position.

I'm glad Lee called me and explained this as I was truely very upset about this as you can see from my first post.  They say the human brain can only contain a certain amount of material when you sit in any long seminar all day...I am truely a perfect example of this!!

I feel Mr. Vegas program is an excellent one and have heard many testimonials of improved financial status if you follow his plan.  I am a true believer in positive thoughts bring about positive results.  If I could afford to take his workshop, I would.

Dan Vega is not what he says he is!

AUTHOR: LC - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, November 12, 2010

Below is the Craigslist ad Margo Bush posted in San Diego and Newport Beach to lure people to their "one day free seminar".  As you can see the ad specifically states that "training is provided".  Yeah, it's provided at a cost of anywhere from $3,000 (if he likes you) up to $6,000 for his 4 day work shop.  This ad is completely fraudulent.  Please, please, please  pass the word out on this guy.  He is preying on poor, innocents who are out of work and are a little on the desperate side.

Any and all "good" things written in the Ripoff reports are done from people who work with him.  Lee is one and Margo is another.  These people "work" for him and are part of this scam so is Antarcatic Mike.

Don't allow them to insult you by taking up all your time in this bogus one day seminar.  I AM a go-getter, I don't expect things for free, but when an ad specifically states "training provided" I believe that I do not have to spend a dime if I'm found "worthy".  Another tactic is they use God and spirituality as part of their little sermon..I want to know...how do these people sleep at night?

Speaker Position listed on Craigslist San Diego

AUTHOR: LC - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 10, 2010

I was lured into one of Dan Vega one day Bootcamp seminars on the jest of a job interview to be a public speaker for his company.  Not knowing anything about him or his company, I did some research online.  What I saw was impressive; so, I gave it a shot.  I am the owner of a small, struggling business and saw this as a way to make more money during this down economy.  The title of the Business Boot Camp was How to Make Money in a Failing Econoomy.  But again, I didn't know about the boot camp until I replied to the ad on CL and received an email back from one of his employees.

This employee, whose initials are MB, explained the reason they were contacting me was because they liked what they saw on my resume, which I didn't send to them, and that I was invited to attend this seminar and then during the day have one on one time with Mr. Vega, who would have a picture of me and my resume in a file folder.  I was told he would be presenting about 20% of the material so there would be plenty of time to talk with him.  I was expected to attend from 8 am to 5 pm.

The email went on to say that two positions were available; one for a fill in speaker, where I would have 2 weeks to prepare materials as a substitute speaker.  I would only have to be on stage for 35 minutes and would receive anywhere from $2,500 to $3,500 for my time.

The second job that was available was for an instructor who could present, along with 3 other instructors, Mr. Vega's 4 day Elite Millionaires Workshop.  This would pay me anywhere from $4,000 - $6,000 per workshop, and so my total monthly income would be anywhere from 6,000 to $10,000 per month!  Wow!  I was very excited!  It wouldn't make me a millionaire but man, that would be a nice, comfortable income for a single person who has no retirement!

Shortly after this email arrived, I received a phone call from MB.  I instantly liked her.  She said she would send me information on the speakers for the event and she was looking forward to meeting me.

I arrived at the event early as I lived over an hour away from where the workshop was held.  The room began to fill up.   As I looked around, I wondered how many people there were after "my dream job" or paying customers? I soon got my answer.  A guy by the name of Lee took the stage and asked that very question.  As I looked around the room, it was almost everyone!

I sat for over 13 hours, vigorously taking notes, thinking this is what I would need to know in order to perform my job.  I did not get any one on one time with Dan during the day as was promised, in fact, when he took the stage saying he was going to tell us about the speaker position, he started talking about something else entirely!

I finally raised my hand.  I was frustrated, I was tired, and I wanted to know more about the job I had applied for than how much his school was.  I asked him directly, what does this have to do with the speaker job?  He then said there were 3 opportunities.  The first opportunity was for a part time speaker.  The second opportunity was for an instructor for his curriculum; and the third opportunity was to buy one of his school franchises.  When he said, no money down, just pay me 40% of monthly earnings from the school for about 3 years, which averaged out to $250,000, and we could all make over a million dollars in 12 months!  We had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

It was at this point, I began to wonder what the catch was.  Because the program ran late, we were asked if we wanted to come back the next day and they began scheduling 30 minute interviews.  Dan said he would be honest and upfront with all of us on who would be school owner material.  I scheduled my appointment for 11:00 am the next morning, afterall, what did I have to lose except a little more time and gas.

I had also spoken to MB about her publishing company as I was in the process of writing a book and asked if she would like to take a look at it.  She asked me to bring it with me the next day if I planned to come back.

Needless to say, I was excited about this new opportunity.  The next morning, I again arrived early with manuscript in hand.  MB came over to me and said they were running a little late, too many "expressives" in one room and you end up not staying within the time limits, would I mind waiting?  Of course not, afterall, I just drove over an hour to get here, again, what was a few more minutes when I was finally interviewing for the job of my dreams?

Several people approached me and thanked me for speaking up the night before as they had all been sitting there thinking the same things I ended up saying to Dan.  I don't care about the name dropping, I don't care that he was actually trashing public speakers ( a dime a dozen ), I was lured here by an ad promising work, high paying work, so please, let's get to the point.

I finally ended up with Lee, Dan Vega's new CFO or COO or whatever his title is.  He now runs the Orange County School and he claims after taking his one day seminar in May (by the way, he has posted on this report as well) he increased his financial planning business by $120,000 or such.  Not once during this odd interview did Lee ask me about me, he talked about himself. Now, I knew his story from when Dan was introducing him as one of the speakers so what he was telling me, I had already heard.  I wanted to know where I fit into this picture.  Give me some concrete evidence I can work with!

Dan joined us shortly later and Dan remembered me (or so he says) from my asking him to get to the point on the speakers position.  Dan thought I would be a good asset to his organization after he asked me about my background, something Lee didn't do.  Dan also said, I could take his 4 day course and then he would work with me one on one for two days to get everything down on paper and we would do a 12 month plan to get me to a one million dollar income!  Wow!! Seriously??!! That's awesome, that's great!  Seriously??!! He then went one to say they could utilize me in getting more people in the program, travel around and help set up the other schools in the other states, etc, etc.  I had the "maturity" as in "I think you're there; I think you know what to do, you don't need to be micro managed, you're a go getter and I think you just need the income now.

Dan looked at Lee.  Lee looked at Dan.  Dan said, yeah, I think she would be great for the San Diego school franchise.  Seriously??!! Dan then stood up and told Lee to handle it and get it set up.  I reached up to shake his hand and he said to me, come on get up, I want to get a hug from you.  You have such great energy!  With that, I stood up, and he hugged me and I thanked him.

I sat back down with Lee and Lee said, we'll need you to take the training seminar.  Now it normally goes for $6,000 but because Dan wants you, I'll let you take the seminar for 1/2 that.  So, for $3,000 you'll take the training seminar for 4 days and then we will get you trained on the some of the materials so you can do maybe a couple of these one day seminars or maybe even do a class.

I explained to Lee that I didn't have that kind of money and Lee asked me if I was running at 100%?  Huh?  No, maybe not 100% as I was broke and wondering where my next $20 was going to come from for gas in my car but I'd say about 92%.  I also told him how much I was living on since February of 2010; and that's when he told me, as he lifted his eyes towards the heavens, that if I want this bad enough, I'll find a way to get the money.

I then said, let's make a deal.  Lee said, we don't make deals.  I said Ok, let's look at other options.  How about you pay for my training and I pay it back during a couple of speaking engagements for free?  Nope.  Well, how about this one; if you feel I'm going to be such an asset to the organization, why do I have to pay for my training?  I thought this was all about trust?  honesty?  If money is never the problem but a symptom and can be tracked back to one of two things; a lack of trust or lack of discipline, then I guess in this scenario for me, it's a lack of trust.  For me, I don't know if what is being said is true, yet, but I also know that if Dan Vega says I would be an asset to his company but expects me to pay for my training, I'd have to say, he has a lack of trust in me as well.

I'm not bashing Dan Vega or Lee or MB.  I'm just stating my experience with them.  My chest still hurts from the disappointment.  I honestly did believe this was going to change my life.  And you know, maybe it did.

FEAR - False Evidence Appearing Real

AUTHOR: Lee - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 07, 2010

It is a shame that someone is wasting their time creating negative press that is NOT ACCURATE or TRUE.

I have spend a lot of time with Dan Vega over the past 4 months.  We met at his one day seminar back in May, which turned out to be one of the best values I have ever had at these type of educational seminars and I have spent the past 25 years in the personal and professional development industry.  Mr. Vega, along with other guest speakers gave practical ways and techniques to improve your life and business which are easy and fast to implement.  They offer examples of what can be done to achieve success in the face of the current economic challenges and climate.  They offer creative ideas to market and sell your products along with top strategies to improve your mental attitude, belief systems and the quality of your commitment to your own success.  They also offer hope and inspiration.

After going to the 1 day seminar, I immediately improved my closing ratio at my next sales presentation by over 20%.  I returned the following day to meet with Mr. Vega privately and he spent over 2 hours with me discussing my situation and business and demonstrated sincere interest in helping me propel my income to the next level.  In over 25 years in the motivational field, no one ever spent the time and care that he did without charging.  I am very appreciative.  As a result, I was able to more than double my sales and income while providing my clients with excellent service and value over the next 45 days.  It made a huge difference for my family.

I was so impressed with Mr. Vega and the seminar that I returned the following month to his next event with 7 guests.  These people are savy professionals in their respective fields and I asked each one to give me their honest feedback and evaluation.  Each one separately told me they were impressed with Mr. Vega's sincerity, commitment to helping others be more successional in their lives and business and with his significant business experience and expertise.

After my due diligence was complete, I chose to go to Springfield, MO to take the 4 day Elite Millionaire Course taught by Mr. Vega.  Anyone taking the time and expense to enroll in such a class should be wise enough to complete their due diligence and see what they are commiting to before spending their money.  For me, the profits from my new income made it possible to pay for my flight, a week at the hotel and cover the course and all expense.  I had a great time in Springfield and plan on returning   I have a BA in Economics and an MBA in 2 of the top universities in the US.  What I learned at this course outshined all that I had learned in both programs.  Also, I made quality alliances and friendships with other participants in the course.  Mr. Vega is a sincere and dedicated professional and teacher and gave 100% of his energy and focused attention.  In fact, he spent so much extra time with each person that he had to be reminded to take care of himself and get some rest.  His passion and commitment to helping others is obvious and inspirational.

After completing the course, within two weeks of being home, I have assessed my current business and launched two other business ventures and am creating multiple streams of income.  I am no loner concerned about the negative attitude of most people in the current economy and know that there are opportunities everywhere because of this economy if you look for it and structure your business and plan properly.  The Elite Millionaire Course teaches you specifically how to write a complete business plan.  As I have written about a dozen such plans for various companies over the course of my twenty-five years in business, I have to admit that I am amazed at how much I learned.  Mr. Vega is brilliant when it comes to this area and has great ideas and resources that he offers to students to help them fund their project.

At no time did Mr. Vega every over promise or under deliver.  In fact, he gives beyond the call of duty and spent many extra hours after each class with students.  He is realistic and lets you know that nothing is guaranteed in life.  But, if you have a positive attitude, a solid team, a valuable product or service, a clear vision, mission, objectives, marketing plan, financials and exit strategy that you have a good chance to fund your project by meeting with he right angel investor group.  One more thing, you must be totally commited to your own success and project.

The sales and marketing strategies that Mr. Vega teaches are cutting edge, very creative and impressive.  In addition, the way that Mr. Vega teaches you to develop your business with 5 or 6 various ways to obtain leads and clients is ingenious.

Mr. Vega did mention the 'Forex' trading and clearly stated that he DOES NOT do it himself and that his brother does teach people about it and he gave us some general information about it.  There was no 'pitch' for anyone to do it.  Mr. Vega has a clear focus for his seminar, to help people grow their business and personal skills, learn to write a top quality business plan and find out the best way to succeed in their field.

My personal experience was excellent with Mr. Vega.  His team of caring professionals, including John Krause, Adam Tillinghast and Becca Gold consistently displayed some of the finest qualities of humility, integrity and service that I have seen in thirty years of business and seminars.  This team continues to be of support and help to me as I move forward in my business projects, as is Mr. Vega.

I also am able to audit the course for NO CHARGE as often as I want for the rest of the year and I met 5 or 6 other students at the course who were reviewing it.  I have new friends and associates from the course now and have expanded my network.  The value of the Elite Millionaire Course by far exceeds the tuition and is more helpful than my MBA in finance.  As i have been on Wall Street and an entrepreneur in financial services for more than 2 decades, I know a little about writing business plans and having them funded along with sales, marketing and training.

In closing, it is sad that a person wastes their energy and time in negative ways to slander good, caring, decent people instead of taking that energy and channeling it into improving their own lives and business.  Usually people who write such unsubstantiated negative comments, do not properly pay attention in class, let alone make an honest effort to put the information and key principles into action and see what positive results they might have.

I am available for any further questions regarding Mr. Vega, his associates and program as I am highly recommending it to my core team of business professional to improve their lives and businesses.  It is a pleasure to find a quality teacher and program like Mr. Vega and The Blue Star Business Institute and my immediate success demonstrates that the curriculum is right on target.  As they say, 'Documnetation beats conversation.'

A Great Mentor

AUTHOR: MB Oklahoma - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, August 09, 2010

I really have alot of wonderful things to say about Mr. Vega and how he has changed the course of not only my financial future but my life.

My husband and I have owned several businesses over the course of our marriage and I currently own a publishing company in Oklahoma. My husband, and business partner suddenly passed away last year and I was left to run our business alone.

Soon after my husbands death I was invited to attend Mr. Vega's One Day Business Bootcamp for a free can of food. I was never lured or told that he was a hugh entrepreneur or had millions or promised that I would make millions. I attended the One Day training for more education and that is exactly what I received, and a whole lot more. The information and training I received changed the face of my company.

Mr. Vega is an outstanding communicator and teacher, one of the best and I have been around alot of great teachers. After attending the One Day Bootcamp I did exactly what Dan taught that day and I watched it work. The proof is in the pudding. If you do it, it works.

My business began to steadily increase over the next few months, our sales increased (because his teachings taught me how to sale) and my business began to attract a more elite cliential than ever before. I have already done more this year than I did all last year. The future is bright and I am financially secure. I look forward to the future with faith instead of fear due to the training and mentoring Dan has provided me.

It's true Dan offers a 4 day training course. I carefully investigated his course, prayed about it and chose to attend. I was never pressured or fed any big line, I chose to attend because I needed elite business education which Dan taught. I am convinced it is by far the best business training anyone could ever receive. It get's results!

Dan is a man of integrity, with a hugh heart of compassion. I have had the privilage of being with him on and off of the stage and he is the same to everyone-incredibly kind. He will take time for anyone. He has taken me by the hand and mentored me, helped me get my business on track and encouraged me along the way. You can't ask for anyone better than that. He has become an empowering mentor in my life.

As for his house, I actually know where Mr. Vega lives and it is not a crappy $80,000 home by any means.

And as for Darin Vega, he is a wonderful person and a successful businessman that cares deeply about helping people succeed.

Just so you know...

Vega Fan!

POSTED: Tuesday, July 13, 2010

Dan Vega is very inspirational. He gives information that is useful and insightful in helping a person make a difference in their lives. His honesty and forthrightness is a refreshing change for so many other motivational speakers that want to sell you ideas but not help you reach your goals and potential. Dan is just the opposite. He is a real person with the desire to see people succeed and the willingness to help them. I have enjoyed his seminar very much and look forward to seeing more of him and being friends with him in the future.

I have personally attended one of Mr. Vega's courses and it was awesome! It was an absolutely amazing experience. I feel as though I've travelled from 0 to 150% in five days. My way of thinking from the time I walked through the door to the end of the course don't even resemble one another. He has helped me gain such clarity I could never thank him enough. He truly has remolded my way of thinking and life. I thank him so much.

My Experience!!!

AUTHOR: thorman69 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, June 21, 2010

Just to make good sense of things.  I have been involved with Mr. Vega
on several different businesses.  I have known Mr. Vega, Mr. Krause and
his brother Darrin for quite some time.  Dan does teach a wealth
seminar, but the focus is not about building wealth.  It is far great
than that.  He teaches quality of life, including putting family and
spirituality first.  If you get the other things in your life wealth
will come.  I am a very successful entrepreneur with several different
companies and I have made 10's of millions and Mr. Vega is a guy that
knows how to build alliances and can verbalize things very well.  He
never says he is best friends with Bill Bartmann he does know him and
that is a fact.  I have personally seen several letters and plans
directly from Mr. Bartmann.  As far as Suze Orman and Zig Ziglar, he
does know them and why wouldn't he.  He was clearly on the Get
Motivated tour alongside them.  It would be ludicrous to think he is
not on a first name basis with them.  He never claims to be partners or
personal friends...he simply say he has them as an alliance, and that
is what any good business man would want..Great alliances.  The only
difference between truly successful people and the masses is the depth
of your database and your alliances, and Dan has great alliances.  I
have personally say with him as he had a conversation with Donald
Trump.  It was short however Donald know Dan on a first name basis and
considers him a alliance and values his opinion and that speaks volumes
to me.  As far as Mr. Krause, it would be ludicrous to believe anything
except he is trying to make the most amount of money in the least
amount of time so he can focus on more important things, like helping
other people.  Darrin has made over 150 consecutive successful trades
in the forEx.  He will be featured shortly in the Forex Magazine, thats
not fluff.  Dan does not trade the forex, never has Darrin does.  He is
not a SEC licensed trader he does teach how to do it successfully, you
do not have to be licensed to do that, he never trades anyone else's
money, people have asked him to and were told no.  He also teaches that
the Forex and any type of investment has it's risks.  Every journey
begins with a single step.  If you pay for information and knowledge,
the only way to get something positive out of it is by acting upon what
you know.  If you never act on it you will not be successful.  Dan has
lost a lot of money in  ventures, very true.  Who has'nt.  I know alot
of guys that have had to backup and regroup, a few would be Donald
Trump, Bill Bartmann, myself and another little guy from a little
company know as "Apple" Steve Jobs!!!  It does not mean he is not very
knowledgeable it does not mean he does not know the proper people to
make things happen.  I trust his judgement and value his opinion just
as 100's of very successful businessmen do.  I will promise you this,
if you do not...it will be to your demise.  There is no doubt if you
follow the information Dan gives you have a little fire in your belly
and that first step, start your journey with tenacity.  You will be
successful.

Good experiences

AUTHOR: JD - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, May 21, 2010

I am familiar with Mr. Dan Vega and his business. I have found that Mr. Vega is a person who helps others in his community. It sounds to me as if this negative person has never even done business with Mr. Vega and does NOT have their facts straight!

Unfortunately, some people are unsuccessful and find that they are not happy with their lot in life and unwilling to change it, so when they meet others that are or have - jealousy and sometimes bitterness ensues.

Unfortunately too, people are looking for someone to hand them their living on a silver platter with little effort on their part. Mr. Vega does not do this and neither does anyone else.
Anyone in the business world realizes that every business or venture has some degree of risk. In fact, everything in our lives has a degree of risk (investing, marriage, driving down the street) Mr. Vega helps his students and others to minimize those risks, but he does not promise 100% no risk involved. No one can do that!

I believe that this negative comment is a hoax.

To address the negative comments:

Mr. Vega does not live in a $80,000 crappy rental house.
I have been invited to his home and it is very nice.

Mr. Vega is in the public speaking business - so yes he does do workshops and yes they do cost something. How can anyone be successful if everything they do is free?
He does put on a 1 day event which is $99 and I have heard that some of his events he has done for charity paying for the event himself. He does offer his educational program for one year for $6000 if you want to take advantage of knowledge that can help you in your current business or future venture. You can't be successful without learning what is needed in today's business world. Mr. Vega has a unique perspective that can help the average person to be successful if they want to actually get in the game and do what he recommends.

As to the Forex trading. I know that in the past he has suggested this avenue for people to pursue as supplemental income. In asking Mr. Vega, he does not trade Foreign currency himself nor does his "team" trade anyone's money. The author is correct - it is illegal to trade others money unless you are licensed to do so. Exactly the reason he does not do it. I do know that his brother has taught some folks who were interested in learning how to trade Foreign currency Themselves to do so and yes he does charge to teach them how to use the software. It's called business!

Unfortunately, anyone who is trying to help a lot of people like Mr. Vega is can expect to have some naysayers. This is true of any large corporations or self-made men or women that you can find in almost any industry.

As to Mr. Krause, who was referred to, my experiences with him have been nothing but helpful, honest and trustworthy.

My hope is that anyone reading a negative comment about Mr. Vega and his associates has enough common sense and business acumen to realize the frivolous nature of such exaggerated false statements and put them in the context of all the myriads of positive experiences had by his students and business alliances.

Dan Vega is a scam artist who has moved from state to state taking people of their hard earned money. Dan Vega along with his brother Darin Vega and associate John Krause have operated multiple businesses, franchises, and distributorships in the Springfiel MO area including: NutraStahl, Hague Quality Water, SaladMaster, Delphin Health Systems, Vega Group International, Vega Group Investments, Blue Star Business Institute, Forex5000, Towers Limousine, MidWest Medical, and others. Dan touts himself as being best friends and confidant of Bill Bartmann. He is best friends with Suze Orman, Zig Zigler, and others. He does have nice pictures in his office. He will tell you that he negotiated the purchase of their proprietary FOREX charting software which earned him a 9 figure commission. He will go on to tell you that he was given a Maserati by the guy that he contracted the eclusive rights to their Forex proprietary charting software. Dan is a very, very smooth vacuum cleaner salesman that can type the personality of anyone and change his voice, words, sentence structure, and mannerisms to become best friends with anyone.

LET"S GET REAL. I have seen emails from MR Bartman stating that Dan, John and Darin took two of his BBI courses. Other than that, Mr Bartmann states that Dan is not a friend nor confidant. Dan has not mentored under MR. Bartmann. Dan has not business dealings with Bill Bartmann, nor Bartmann Enterprises. When pressed at a BSBI training in June, 2009 about contacting Suzi Orman for a charitable event, Dan quickly changed the subject being discussed. All of the information that Dan presents was developed and is owned by someone else. Nothing is original. Dan lost his office in Hammons Towers, moved into the Elite Currency Traders office, then both business vacated that office in the middle of the night.

The FOREX: The Masariti that Dan drove was actually leased for Dan as part of a client contract that was terminated. The car was reposessed by the client. Dan talks in depth about their proprietary FOREX charting stating that the mathmatics found in their Forex charting software is above reproach over all other Forex charting software packages. Their proposed proprietary Forex Charting software is not owned nor exclusive to their Forex Educational Traning clients.

Darin Vega presents himself as a qualified and experienced FOREX trainer and mentor. He is not a member of the NFA, has no FOREX Certifications, nor is he licensed with the SEC. How then is he providing One-on-One Mentorship? He states that he has all of his bills paid by just trading the Forex a few hours each day. He was evicted out of the Plaza Towers office space, he's in bankruptcy, he lost the web address for Towers Limosine, has no Springfield business licenses for most of his businesses, and has multiple lawsuits pending. It is questionable whether Darin actually has live Forex trading accounts. You will only get emails to re-audit the Forex classes as long as you do not cause any issues nor ask too many detailed questions that he cannot answer. Their Proprietary Forex Charting Software is actually owned by Trading Intl that is available to everyone and with a certain number of trades per month, the use of the charting software is free. Clients have to pay $99.00 per month for use of the charting software because Darin instructed Trading Intl to bill their clients. The information provided in the Forex Educational trainings looks like it was copied straight off of (((Redacted))). Darin's new adventure is Midwest Medical selling cheep air purifiers for a pretty large amount. Darin also uses his employees to acquire credit card processing services in an employees name since Darin cannot obtain the processes in his name. Like Dan, Darin is a very, very smooth vacuum cleaner salesman that can type the personality of anyone and change his voice, words, sentence structure, and mannerisms to become best friends with anyone.

John Krause is a co-hort that Dan picked up in Springfield to run businesses under John's name so Dan is not directly tied to multiple businesses. John is a front man for Dan and will do what ever Dan requests. Some of the business known to have been run through John are NutraStahl Cookware, SaladMaster, Hague Quality Water, and Elite Currency Traders. The first three all had the franchise/distributorship stripped for business practices. HMMMM   Like Darin, John portrays himself as a qualified FOREX trainer and mentor. He too has no SEC license, no FOREX Certifications, and is not a member of the NFA. Elite has the same promises of use of their proprietary Forex charting software, one-on-one mentorship, and lifetime auditing of Forex courses. If you cause an issue or ask to many questions that they do not want to answer, you will no longer receive Forex Training emails.

All of these men and their wives are in it for the money. It matters not who they hurt. Everything that they do must have some form of profit in the end. They will advertise jobs with huge salaries and benefits. They project hugh profits for their businesses; has not happened. They will sell partnerships in their businesses without divulging legal issues like bankruptcy or lawsuits. Do not believe anything that they tell you. They have stollen time, money, and the goodwill of hundreds of individuals in Springfield and in other states.

Do your home work and investigate these individuals through the local, State, and national court system. Send an email to Bill Bartmann, Suze Orman, Zig Zigler, and The Get Motivated group. Check the BBB.

If you have been taken by any of these men, file a complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office, Consumer Affairs in your state.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Falsehoods and Half Truths

AUTHOR: Gideon - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, April 09, 2010

I have attended many of Mr. Vega's seminars. Both the free and the pay for ones. Let me explain a few things that Mr. Whistleblower seems to have left out.

The claim is that he lures people to a "Free" seminar. Really? How is this a bad thing? I have checked on the cost of the rooms he rents. I have witnessed Mr. Vega put on free seminars and only request that you bring a can of food to enter. He paid over $1000 out of his own pocket for the room for the entire day and paid his staff to attend and help.

Mr. Whistleblower continues on to bash Mr. Vega's house as though he is using it as a basis to measure wealth. One of my clients is an old man worth millions and still drives the same car that he bought in the 1960's. I have seen people that pull in hundreds of thousands up to millions of dollars per year that own multiple homes and not all of them are super huge mansions. They drive old pickup trucks and wear blue jeans. You do not measure the person's success by the toys they have or the things they acquire. Success is measured by the actions and results of a man.

Onto the next claim of "feeds people garbage about how he can turn them into a success by having them go to another 5-day course for $6000." This is completely and totally false. There is zero basis to this. Just like Zig Ziglar, Phil Town, Tony Robbins, T. Harv Eker, Robert Kiyosaki, Donald Trump and the other speakers that have methodologies they have used to attain financial success, all they claim is that it worked for them. They tell you that they will teach you what they have done and what they have learned to attain their success. And that it is reasonable to believe that if you do what they do, you can achieve the results that they achieve. The people who often times get disgruntled are those who attend the seminars, read the books, ask for the coaching and never commit action to the knowledge learned. They believe that simply by "knowing" that they will be successful. Just "knowing" gets you no where without action. Mr. Dan Vega is no different. He teaches you things that have worked for him throughout the years. It is up to you to put that knowledge to use.

Coming upon the Forex is where this claim does not even present part of the story. Mr. Whistleblower did not leave parts out. He simply made up the entire thing. Mr. Dan Vega does not teach Forex. He never did and he never will. That is not his forte. His bother, who owns a Forex trading company, teaches Forex. It is a known fact that you can make money trading the Forex. Some people have become billionaires trading the Forex. The Forex is a legitimate platform to invest in. Mr. Vega has never said that he would trade for someone. You have to have a license to do so and he knows that. Mr. Dan Vega is not affiliated with Forex in any way, shape, form or fashion. He tells people about his brother and if they are interested, he tells them to talk to his brother. He explains that when you join his brother's Forex trading club that his brother will allow you to go to his office and watch what he does then copy his trades. How is it a scam. Dan Vega's brother is trading with his own money and tells people they can copy what he does. What does he have to gain if he loses his own money? Clearly this is an ill conceived story by someone that is just wishing to discredit a good man.

Let's bring a few things to light. People like Phil Town, Tony Robbins and Zig Ziglar are people of incredible integrity and high moral fiber. Anyone who knows them can confirm these statements. And yet people have ill things to say about them like they are "scammers" or "frauds." One thing that you will notice is that these people never have claims that they can substantiate. All they have is ill will and conjecture.

I have witnessed the deep and giving heart of this man. Mr. Dan Vega has actually paid his sales people's bills and granted them commissions when they didn't earn them because he felt bad for them. When he finally quit paying their bills and he asked them to perform for their money (which is only fair), many of them became disgruntled. They became angry because their free ride was over.

We live in the information age. If he was such a scam, why are there no other reports anywhere about his actions that paint him in a negative light? Much less any of them that actually have any substantiated claims. Mr. Dan Vega has helped me, my partner, my family and my businesses. I have listened to what he taught and executed his advice. Because I did, I am much further along in my career. However, I am a man of action not a man who believes I will acquire success through osmosis by standing next to a man who is actually successful.

I read false claims about many people in the public eye and become aggravated each and every time. I will not sit idly by and let a good man get slammed with a portrayal that is just unfounded. Before you read something and automatically believe it, check and double check the facts. Just because it is in print does not mean it is real. If that were the case, then what a world we would live in if you read the National Enquirer, The Globe and some of the other print media that prints "truthful" stories. I challenge you to check the facts before you blindly believe.

Cons

AUTHOR: anonymous - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, March 20, 2010

I met with Darin Vega (Dan's brother) about his Forex Program. It was like $6500 to join which includes free training, free use of internet etc.. I felt like it was a scam to begin with. Especially when you can get free training online etc. I can see these two guys being con artist. It's pretty easy to put on a suit and rent an office, and try to sell $6,000+ packages to desperate people wanting to make money. I just hate seeing people taking advantage of. It would be totally different if they were multi-millionaires actually selling their success!
