This is a letter to make people aware of the current scam being conducted right now by a well known, and long term Scam Artist known as Dan Wolfanger, who is located in Baton Rogue, Louisiana. Wolfanger, an experienced Scam Artist who has been involved in 15-20 different MLM scams over the last 7-8 years, started a company called Netqube, which was copied largely from the Divvee Model from which Mr. Wolfanger was previously involved in, and was very unsuccessful with. Wolfanger formed Netqube based on the idea that the average person who never had any success in MLM, could come on board, work from home and make $500 or more dollars a month working 1-2 hours a night downloading video games, taking surveys, and watching movie Trailers, and other tasks. The motto that Wolfanger created was know as "Point, Click, and Earn". That model or slogan was abandoned within a short period of time, just prior to them opening on May 18, 2018. In Late December to early January of 2018, Wolfanger started dropping hints about moving away from that model, but didn’t announce it to the masses, but only hinting to people on the inside of the company. Leaders on the council and the 4 Global Ambassadors were concerned, but Wolfanger promised them that there would still be a ton of things to do to earn money when the company opened, and there was no need to worry about anyone making money on day one, out of the gate. Months earlier, NetQube was forced to open for enrollments only, which was March 7th, 2018. Wolfanger started telling his followers immediately on his Saturday and Monday conditioning calls, that Netqube would be offering hundreds of different companies and products for the Netqube members to sell to their warm market. People were concerned about this because they were told they would never have to sell anything, or spend any money, and all of a sudden they were realizing that they were not going to make money unless they somehow used Social Media to sell these products to their warm market. They also realized that basically 100% of any revenues being produced in the first 90 days or more in the company, would come from internal consumption (members buying products). Remember, these are people who have little to no experience in selling anything, and very few people in their Social Media Groups, ie: Facebook, to sell products to. It seemed as if the initial Netqube model that everyone was sold on had changed 180 degrees from what the company’s philosophy was predicated on, which was "Point, Click, and Earn". People were nervous! After months and months of excuses for not opening, Wolfanger opened up the company to allow people to sign up on March 7, 2018. This was done, because by the very end of February, Netqube had run out of money, and they desperately needed an influx of cash, as was leaked by employees in the corporate office. This brought in a big cash flow for Wolfanger! Wolfanger continued to take in $199 for every victim who signed up for this scam. Almost 3 months went by before Wolfanger was forced to open the doors. The problems were just beginning. People found out very quickly, that there was very little, if anything, that worked in the company that would allow them to make money, and there was really no way to make money, other than a few pennies a day by people letting their computers run all day and earning less than a dollar by having 24 hours of videos, trailers, etc., run on their computers. Embarrassing! Yet, Wolfanger continued to tell people just to keep trying to sell stuff on Facebook because there was very little money to make by letting your computer run all day. All of this is on recorded calls. The attempts at doing surveys were also a disaster. At the time of this writing, NetQube has been open for business for approximately 8 weeks. What are the results? Literally 99.99999% of all Netqube members have either earned no money, or less than $5 dollars. Again, this is after 8 weeks. Mr. Wolfanger’s response to this lack of sales and earnings is " its early, we are just getting started, don’t worry, we are bringing more products to the vault for you to sell, even if you don’t want to, or can’t". This is a classic Ponzi Scheme! Mr. Wolfanger has accomplished his goal of getting a big influx of cash, while lying to people every day. Currently, there appears to be 2-3 separate investigations being conducted against Netqube and Dan Wolfanger. The concerns are many by the Attorney General, The Department of Securities in Louisiana, and the SEC. But the main focus is on false advertising by Mr. Wolfanger about what people were promised, then charged for, and then not delivering on those. There are literally hundreds of recorded webinars, phone calls, text messages, emails, etc., clearly proving what was promised by Mr. Wolfanger, and what was delivered. Do not worry about repercussions from Mr. Wolfanger. He will be called out for everyone that he is trying to intimidate for turning him in. Mr. Wolfanger is threatening to sue people if they tell the Attorney General on him. He said quote: " I have plenty of money now, and if someone wants to turn me into the Attorney General, I will fire them, and then sue them". That statement came directly from a Global Ambassador when he confronted Mr. Wolfanger about some of his team members many concerns about not being able to make any money at Netqube after paying their $199 to join, and then asked for a refund. When 99.999% of all paying members in Netqube can’t make $5 dollars in 8 weeks, that is a sure sign of fraud. It is inarguable! And Wolfanger has a long history of scamming people in previous MLM Scams, borrowing large amounts of money, and not paying the investors back. Previously in the last couple of years, Mr. Wolfanger has been served with liens on his home, which he lost in 2018 due to foreclosure, served with a collection notice by another firm from the Zeek Rewards Scam that he was involved in. Over 7 years ago Mr Wolfanger had his state drivers license revoked for fraud and taken away, and he has not had an active drivers license since that time. His only vehicle was repossessed by the courts as well due to continued non payments over 7 yrs ago. On several occasions over the last 2 years, Mr. Wolfanger has filed erroneous insurance claims for roof leaks in his previous home, and used the insurance money not to repair roof damages, but rather to try and get caught up on mortgage payments that he owed for 5-6 months. This is the person who is running Netqube! Mr Wolfanger typically focuses on a market that is comprised mostly of individuals who are less educated, needy, and down on their luck. Wolfanger uses his experience of working with controversial pastor Jimmy Swaggart for 16 years as a Youth Pastor, to appear as their shining knight, who will ultimately help them get out of their current situation. These individuals are the perfect victims for Mr. Wolfanger. Some, despite not making any money after following Wolfanger for years, cling to him hoping he will at some point bring them something that will get them out of their current mess. The truth is, most of these people are simply lazy, don’t want to work at a real job, feel they no longer should ever be an employee again, and are thus doomed as they fall prey to scam artists like Dan Wolfanger. The best thing that Mr Wolfanger can do is to address all of the facts that have been brought out and allow people refunds for being sold something that was far different than was advertised. Sadly, Mr Wolfanger is a very stubborn, and vindictive person who rarely if ever listens to anyone’s advice. He has used religion as a tool to lure many people into his scams over the years. What will happen sooner than later is Netqube and all related functions will be shut down and any and all accounts and funds will be frozen. If Mr. Wolfanger tries to move funds before that happens, additional measures and liens will be levied against him by the investigating regulatory agencies. Our advice to anyone who is currently involved in NetQube is to get out, and get out immediately! We also want to mention that Mr. Wolfanger criticized Darren Olayan, Richard Smith, Troy Muhlestein and others for their Leadership and involvement in a company called Divvee, for the last 17 months. He called Mr. Olayan a scam Artist, piece of garbage, and a classic used car salesman! Yet, Netqube is a company that is far worse than all of the things Mr. Wolfanger accuses, and criticized these gentlemen of, and the company Divvee. One of the decisions that Mr. Wolfanger made early on in his scam, was he banked on the hope that most people wouldn't make much of a squabble or a fight for their $199. He thought that because it was not a large amount, which some would argue against, that people wouldn’t turn him in to different authorities and agencies. Thankfully, he was wrong, and people stood up and called him out for what he has always been known to be, a Scam Artist. Another illusion that Netqube Corporate is using to drag this scam out is that they keep saying that the company doesn’t officially launch until approximately August 31st, at a proposed upcoming event in Destin, Florida, where nothing magical will happen except for people going more in to debt with wasting money for an event to promote a failed company. Currently, people are asking for their money back in droves for the insane registration fee they paid, just to attend this ridiculous event. The whole model is a disaster. No one wants to spend money on monthly subscription fees for NetQube, and no one wants to advertise products to their friends on Facebook. They came to Netqube based on the promise of making money, not buying products, and paying for outrageous subscription fees every month. If anyone has emails, text messages, recorded calls, recorded webinars, or any other information showing what Mr. Wolfanger promised people that Netqube was going to be before the company opened, and then how it was dramatically changed after everyone paid their $199, please provide that information to the Dept of Securities in Louisiana, the Securities Exchange Commission, The Attorney General, and any other regulatory agencies. People have to be protected from Scam Artists like Dan Wolfanger from hurting any more vulnerable people. The following is a list of regulatory agencies that you can send information to regarding Netqube. If you have any text messages, emails, copies of Saturday Kool Aid Training's, or Monday Night hype calls, please send that to any of these agencies. They are already investigating Mr. Wolfanger, so anything that you can add will be helpful to these agencies. Lastly, you will save many others from falling prey to Dan Wolfanger and his Netqube scam. Here is the contact information. Thank you! J. Many of my Associates and I were also deceived by Mr Wolfanger.

I can't add new details to the original report as it was well and Factually written.

But I am happy to assist in making sure that Mr Wolfanger Never takes another persons money with his scams!

I did send Mr Wolfanger an eamail to politely give him the opportunity to refund my initilal fee paid and got a rather insulting reply alluding to the "working capacity on my Brain Cells"

I have included a copy of his reply and i wil add that on live webinars a couple weeks age, Mr Wolfanger stated more than once that 'Thousands' are being sent out in commission checks every month. unfortunately I do not have the recorded webinars.

I sincerely hope that the legal system will catch up and deal accordingly with Mr Wolfanger!

Netqube scam

AUTHOR: Juanita - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 03, 2018

Anyone reading this: Do not invest in netqube!!! netqube and dan wolfanger are currently lokking for an investor(victim) to get more money to keep this scam going. The company is currently broke, and there is no money to even pay their employees. There was an emergency call last sunday night by dan wolfanger and his accomplises to let everyone know that there is no money in the company, and they are desperately looking for another investor(victim). dan told the people on the call that there is a company looking at investing in netqube, and they have been considering doing so for about 4-6 weeks now. How anyone could invest 5 cents in netqube after the disaster there is beyond human comprehension. dan wolfanger stills owes jim britt and shalaco oveer $65,000. he won't pay them because he doesnt have any money, the company is broke. He borrowed $300,000 from dave Hall to start this company(scam), and dave hall will never see that money either. our advice is, if you are a potential investor that is being propositioned by this company, and dan wolfanger, stay the hell away. do not invest in this company! you will never see your money again! Nothing works at netqube. This company is currently being investigated and will be shut down shortly.

Netqube: How to get your money back from the Netqube scam!

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, July 23, 2018

attention victims of netqube: people are now going to their individual banks and getting refunds. dan wolfanger is on a number of recorded calls stating that if people wanted their money back they would get it, any time, no problem. after the netqube scam started getting out there, and people saw what was happening, and that they were being scammed by dan wolfanger, he then added a 3 day clause for you to get your money back, essentially blocking you from your refund. What a crock!

So, if you are not getting your money back, go to your bank and report netqube for what it is, a FRAUD! Please do not be fooled by this ridiculous Destin, Florida event which only a few people are going to. They are calling that their official launch. This is just another ploy to buy time for this scam artist. Tell your bank that you were scammed by Netqube. dan wolfanger will continue to come up with distractions to keep the remaining few in, while he moves money around and develops an exit strategy.

In the end, you will have many people who lost their money, their hopes, and their dreams, because they got fooled by dan wolfanger. dont be a victim. stand up, go to your bank, and get your money back. wolfanger is banking on you just going away. fight for your rights. fight for your family! dont let him keep your money! He lied to you, and continues to lie to you, every day! even last week wolfanger got caught trying to pull off a hoax by having his buddy wade buy a package with the amazon drop ship scam, to make it look like people were making money. Nice try! I am a single mom. losing $199 is a big deal to people like me! And im sure others feel the same.
