  Look familiar, doesn't it? Where is Markeese Boler now? After changing the name of Sun Valley Property Services he deadbeated a couple more contractors and is hiding in a different P.O. box. His corp is being dissolved by the state of Arizona and he is being investigated for fraud.

  You are a family of crooks and quick buck scam artists. 

 To start, D"Angel Services is a great company looking to grow everyday. I have worked for multiple companies in this industry and when work was completed correct and on time I was paid for it but for some odd reason the same companies are on ripoff report along with D"Angel Property Services. So I think it's very ignorant that contractors come on here to post their negative comments about good companies when you know your work was incomplete or late. I have hired multiple subcontractors and a majority of these contractors just don't understand this business. If you complete work correct you will be paid for it. If not, clients don't pay and you will not be paid. In response to the ad I have emails, photos,and etc. of everything you have done for us if you did your job correctly you would have been paid the correct amount. There are so many vendors/contractors out there that cannot do anything correct. After deducting money constantly sending training forms and multiple phone calls explaining what to do you should get it but clearly not. If you complete the work correct the first time there would not be any issues. Contractorsclaim to be so experienced when you set them up with your company and once you get them started they have no clue on how things work.

Photos are the eyes in this industry and if you don't take correct photos there is no way we can prove work is done correct and Incomplete/Late work is not paid for or deducted by clients. In all contracts it states if work is not completed on time or correct it can results in no pay or deductions. What I would advise to most contractors is if you don't understand this business find a new field for your benefit. 

Futhermore; if you dont agree with the rates don't sign the contract.. Rates are not on the site they are sent to you.

D'Angel is a great company and with good contractors work is completed on time along with great quality. With that being said I have multiple contractors that have been paid for work and that's being paid as we continue to grow.
