Daniel and Valerie O'Connell Specious Lawsuits, Public Nuisances, Bad Neighbors Emigrant Montana

These individuals are a pestilence on the local community.  

They spend all their time making trouble for the rest of us landowners, filing specious and idiotic lawsuits and driving our association fees sky-high, all for thier own personal pride and sick sense of "doing the right thing."

They have filed 4 lawsuits in the last few years, they have masqueraded as the very organization they are attempting to run into the ground and they outright lie continuously in order to try to put themselves in to a good light and everyone else in a bad light.

They are well-known to the local constablulary, they have been forced out of meetings when they got too boisterous and the male was summarily voted out of his position as a board member by a huge majority.

They whine and cry about how they wouldn't have to sue the landowner's association if the board would just listen to them, they set themselves up as being "legal experts" on the subject of HOA law, and they regularly disrupt and make nearly impossible meetings of their association.

We've been her almost 30 years and seen major changes, from a closed community to an open one, from being privately managed to managed by a board of directors that we all elected, and never once have we had any sort of problems that remotely approach the s***storm of hate and lies these two pump out continously.

Everyone wishes they'd just go the h*** away and bug some other bunch of neighbors.
