Daniel Andrew Head Andy Head, Auto Accident - full of promises, will not pay Magnolia, Texas

Daniel Andrew Head, aka Andy, can also be found under Mhs, a business he either previously or currently owns. 
Andy rear-ended my wife in her van in a school zone.  Although at a slow speed, it damaged the vehicle.  They both pulled into the school and my wife called the Constable to file a report.  The Constable agreed not to write a report if my wife would just take Andy's insurance information.  Andy promised repeatedly that he was willing to pay for the accident. 

Initially, all started out ok with Andy promising to make things right.  I obtained a body shop qoute and telephoned Andy with the figure, as well as emailed it to him.  He wasn't satisfied with the quote and demanded two more (buying time) although by law I am only required to have one estimate.  I obtained the other two, sent them to Andy, along with photos of the damage.  Since that period, he has not responded to emails or returned any phone calls.

Upon further investigation, I telelphoned both insurance companies (yes, two!) that were provided by Andy and neither had any record of a policy.  Additionally, Andy provided a false address to my wife.  He had not lived at that address for at least 6 months prior to the accident.  In fact, he had lived in and vacated an additional residence during that period.  I was able to contact the landlord and he stated that Andy left owing him several months rent.  I was able to locate Andy's truck in town and followed to his residence.  I filed a small claims suit against him, and had the papers served to that address.
Beware of doing ANY type of business with this individual.  At present, Andy has been observed on numerous occasions driving a work van that is labled CEC Mechanical and Plumbing, 713-201-5161.
