Daniel Burgess (Easystreet Realty) Unethica, comission seeking, fraudulent realator Las Vegas Neveda

Daniel Burgess promised to find us a home and talked us out of selling our numerous times yet neglected to show us anything but $200,000 + pieces of crap. Also would show us new construction or remodels in which he had the "hook up". Ultimatley our only hope out of this was an appraisal below the offer. Ironically enough it appraised for exactly the offer and $23,000 higher than it appraised for 1 year ago. He kept telling us he didn't want to show us homes until after the appraisal. Then he told us to hurry and buy a home because we had to be out in three weeks.

I was heartbroken, homeless and in tears. He talked over my crying to ask for a credit card number. He repeatedly dismissed our request to call me with anything and was always bothering my husband at work to question my response to any and everything. 

Google this man here in the Las Vegas/Henderson area and also Chicago. 

Also, was terminated as a Police officer in Clark County. Look him up and find out why. 

Only wants a quick sale and does everything possibe to get comission. Will only  look out for for himself. Do not sign any contract or give financial info to this scammer. Bad man all the way around!!!!!
