Daniel Castro: Cop Felon! Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Philadelphia police inspector Daniel Castro was recently sentenced to five years in federal prison for corruption. Castro was the commanding officer of the cop thugs who robbed, assaulted, and falsely arrested me. Twelve other cops from his 24th/25th district headquarters have since been arrested. Ironically, Castro's crimes were extremely minor compared to those of most Philadelphia cops. He was made a scapegoat only because he is nonwhite and, thusly, politically unprotected. In fact, of the 83 Philadelphia police officers arrested since 2008 (under the current commissioner's reign), 77% are minorities. This, despite the fact that about 60% - and nearly all of the city's most crooked cops - are white. Of course, most of Philadelphia's criminal cops are immune from being fired, much less arrested, as per a 2004 prosecutor's study. Amnesty International has even implied that Philadelphia's police officers are the most criminal in the world.
